Comments:
Today did a hard and workout I hadn't done before. I did a good warm up and then the four middle distance guys did a 800m all out then 10 minutes rest then a 600m all out with 10 minutes rest and finished with a 400m all out. I ran the 800m in 1:56 and then dry heaved a couple times, the 600m I did in 1:31 which was really tough, I ran as hard as I could. And then I closed and finished the workout in a 56. Boy was I hurting after this one, I puked 3 times and I had a massive headache and it took about 30 minutes to recover before I could cool down.
