Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran up Pinehurst and did one loop around the Woodville loop for a warmup, then did two loops of Indians. For the cooldown we went back to the school by the long way.
Indians have always been one of my better workouts, so the whole thing went well even thought I was wearing my trainers instead of my speed workout shoes. The group was on the larger side so we got decent rests but our sprints also had to be longer.
