Did my daily 100, then:
1 hour Ruck @ ~35# with Mr. Jefferson.
Went out a bit past the intramural fields. Had a good pace! My shins ALWAYS burn horribly for like the first 20 minutes of a ruck but if I push through that I feel fresh as a Spring daisy.
