Comments:
I should have run longer, but I didn't feel like going up another hill so I shortened it a bit. It was good that I did this, since as was, my run almost made me late for a dinner reservation. It was odd to exercise with lots of oxygen in the air, as well as not to be exercising all day long. Telemarking was definitely good cross training, and I'm probably stronger than when I left. My feet hurt because when skiing I use the muscles for minute balance adjustments, but that should go away. I also think I strained part of my glute, and running uphill and sprinting aggravates it.
