Weather: Mild, clear and dry.

Comments:
Just ran in to work, legs were very stiff and sore in the morning, mainly because of disrupted sleep the day before I think, felt better after running. Busy day at work, but felt really pleased that at least I got enough sleep last night for a change and I have the long weekend from tomorrow.
