Comments:
10 x 400m at 2 mile pace but got progressively faster, felt decent at the beginning but started to tighten up and felt a shitload of lactic acid by the end, hit 71, 70, 69, 68, 67, 66, 66, 65, 65, 65, solid workout overall i guess
