Comments:
7x400 with what ended up being around 3 min. rest. I went:
65, 65, 64, 63, 62, 62, 62. didn't really feel like i pushed it too much, my stomach was really bothering me...must be adjusting back to the food here or something. legs felt okay, i did a similar workout on friday and long run yesterday so it didn't really seem too necessary to try and kill it the last several intervals.
