Weather: Colddd, 50s and windy.
Comments:
Omg it was so windy today. My eardrumps hurt. I ran around 5 so it was pretty late and cold. I felt good today. Really fast my legs were like yaaaaay. My breathing was okay and i still need to work on my form. My head as a bit dizzy but not bad. I just felt really sluggish cause i just woke up before runing,
Extra: rehab, i forgot extra work so ima peak on someones log to find out what it is...
