Ten Miles With Windy 200s - Lehigh Laf Tune Up

We ran Saucon Valley today, the entire team except Evans, who left for Palo Alto this morning. Legs felt like crap, but managed to complete the loop and get some 200s in to make out legs feel a little sharper for the impending dual with the Leopards. We hit 31s and 32s, with the last being 30. We work so much harder than the rest of the team it's ridiculous. Those 200s were straight into the wind. I don't feel good, but I know I will do great Saturday. Just have to do what I have always done.
