Comments:
visiting elizabeth, lifted for 40 mins then realized i only had 20 mins for a run before dinner. i was feeling good, so i ran steady (more like tempo actually, can't measure the distance exactly but it was under 6:40 pace) for 15 mins, then sprinted up to Brown from the river three times
