70 minute steady hill run

Weather: Windy but hot

Comments:
70 minute (13 - 14km ish) hill run up and down Mt Kaukau. It was a really steep run and was pretty hard going up the hill but that shows that I need to do a bit more hill training - I had to walk once or twice for about a minute. Hip flexors were a bit sore after but have basically came right after a day. Overall it was a pretty good run.
