Shins and Calves were KILLING from carrying an extra few pounds of Easter celebrations in my stomach. Ran on the walking paths around Carroll Valley Park. Originally intended to do a 5 mile Tempo but after 2 miles realized that wasn't happening.
Did: 2 Miles on, 1 mile easy, 1 mile on, 1 mile easy.
