Comments:
One lap freestyle, one lap breaststroke, one lap freestyle, one lap backstrack - repeated for 45 minutes. I felt good doing this, a bit sore at the start but after ten minutes felt fine. Probably covered around 80 laps (2000m) in the 45 minutes but wasn't really counting.
