Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
8 x 4 with short recovery. timing was not extremely accurate, but my pacing was good. i didnt kill the first one, and i didnt kill the second one after not killing the first one (a more common mistake for me). slowly built up over the first 3 and maintained that pace. it went 74, 73 ... 71-72 ... 66. kind of wishing i did ten.
had that annoying feeling of cardio lagging behind speed/form, and allergies didnt help. chest and throat were hurting. maybe i could have gone faster judging by the 66, but it also felt good to finish it off well, as I've been having trouble finishing strong lately.
another thing, didnt feel the ankle once i was warmed up, i think the cream is definitely helping. feel like i'll recover quickly, feeling ready to do more workouts
