Weather: Milder, still damp. Bit windy.

Comments:
Went out in the afternoon as planned to do a couple of laps of the park. Felt really tired and thought I would be really slow, but actually did 3:20s without feeling they were really hard, which is better than the last time I did this session. Did them as intervals with rest to 5:00 per interval. Didn't fancy doing more after the 2nd though, I was conscious of the race coming on Wednesday so I felt it was enough, and I also felt really tired and a bit cold.
