Weather: Coldd. 50s.

Comments:
Cold today. Ran warnup half with yoyo half alone, workout alone, cooldown half with yoyo and cynthia and finished the rest alone. Today we did 500s and 800 pace. The first one was hard to breathe but the second one felt better. My left butt cheek really hurt.. Ugh. Other than tht felt good. Very hard workout.
