Not a super challenging workout today but a good one for workoing on water pits and speed.
it was 3 sets of 1200 at Threashold over the water pit each lap. then 200 meter jog, 200 at R, then finish with 200 at F. times were:

did a little left hip exercises after to strengthen it after doing water jumps
