Weather: rainy, around 50 degrees

Comments:
Ran with Josh, figured out a lot of problems that I need to work on to fix my glute. It started to tighten up or just not work around 3-4 miles and then it slowly started to shut down the rest of the leg, around 9-10 it was done. Did a lot of core work today.
