Weather: Fairly clear.
Comments:
Two 1600m runs. 10 min. break in between. For each 400m lap, 100m was at 400m speed pace. The rest was at a fast long distance pace. The stretch of the track serving as the 100m sprint varied. 800m cool-down to conclude.
