Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cld, 40s. Hands were numb.
Comments:
Ran warmup with dana and yoyo, cooldown and workout with yoyo. Felt good up until the last 2 180s. The last 50 meters my leg would lock up and it got so hard to bend >.< arghhhh. Breathing got messed up on the last one, other than tht felt good. Calves felt kinda sore and quads.
3xtra: squat matrix, mrytle, rehab.
3x120, 4x60, 3x180 on three min cycles.
