200m Tempo Couplets

Weather: Clear with fair skies; only a few thin, wispy clouds.

Comments:
Dymamic warm-up (900m/.56 mi). Workout--200m at 800m race pace, then a 100m walk. After 1-2 min. another 200m to conclude couplet. Three couplet reps. with 7-8 min. break in between. Then a 1 mile cool-down.
