My first weight/circuit session for the season. Just did this circuit - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kz3Sp8JXvRA - twice with 4kg dumbbells. Was hard but felt good, left groin area is really sore though now. Will see how that goes and remember to do some dynamic stretching as well as a warm up on the bike first before circuits.
