Comments:
it was cold and rainy most of the day, but toward the afternoon the sun came out and it was actually pretty nice for the workout. we went out expecting the worst, so when it wasn't terrible, it felt like a surprise!
over 4 hurdles
2x600 (1:45,1:45) 600 jog recovery
1x400 (63) 5min recovery
flat
3x300 (44,47,47) 300 jog recovery
4x200 (28,29,28,27) 200 jog recovery
2miles barefoot, lift (decline pushups, dips, burpees, arm runs), 1mi back to veale.
pretty good workout. i felt fast, the hurdles are coming together, and i think i'm in a good place right now. psyched about all-ohio.
