Comments:
At furman today. Finally a good chance to do a workout without being rushed. I warmed up and cooled down with Tricia. Felt pretty good today. The 600s were 1:49 1:46 1:48 1:47 1:49 1:46 and the 200s were 32-33 with a 29 at the end. Did abs afterward. It's been a fun break but the vacation part is over, time to get to work. Want to get in 50 miles so I'm going to need 9 miles a day for the rest of the week. Ready to be back and racing though. Colleges have been cool, I like bucknell the most, but we shall see
