Comments:
15:53. pretty disappointed with this time. started in like 4:54, came through the 3200 in around 9:55, and faded hard from there, even running two laps at 79, which is more like threshold than race pace. May have just started too aggressively today, as I spent a lot of the race in lane 2 trying to stay up with a pack so a lot of energy was wasted there. The one positive I can take from this is that last 5k, i ran about the same time with great splits, and now I know i can run that time with terrible splits. hopefully next shot i get, i can start more reasonably around 4:59 through 1600 and finish much stronger.
