Comments:
14.6km run after I finished work. Legs were a bit sore already because I'd been standing up all day but it wasn't too bad. about 1/3 to 1/2 of the run was on belmont hill. Started to pick up the pace to tempo in the last 3.5km of the run. Felt pretty good and relaxed, inside of both ankles were a little sore though.
