Comments:
33:00 minute warm up, then did 4x400m and 1x200m on the track. I did everything in trainers and ran the 400s in 64/60/58/59 and then during the 200m I felt a small pop in my second toe on the my right foot. I stopped after that one because of discomfort when pushing off my right foot. Something didn't feel right. I went down to Jesse and he said it was a minor strain so I just iced it. Got about 5 minutes of cool down in but I wasn't running smoothly because of the foot.
