workout; 1st barefoot mile

Weather: Actually, it was a little bit hotter than I usually like!

Comments:
Felt sore, tired, and really HOT on the way over to the track, but the wind on the track cooled me down. Didn't help my sore legs much though!
1-warmed up over to the track
1000-5:40 (slower than I wanted, but the wind on the homestretch slowed me down more than I thought it would)
200s- 46, 47, 45, 46
1-cooled down back to Veale. Was VERY tired and my legs were not only tired from the workout, but also still sore from monday, so they felt quite dead!
1-barefoot mile with Michelle =)
1-OMG I'm LATE for class run!
