12 x 200m hill reps

Weather: Fine weather, a little windy.

Comments:
I went for a 4km warm-up which felt fine, then go to the place I was going to do my hill reps. It is moderately steep and I do not know the exact distance of it however it seems to be around 200m. 170m atleast. I did a very slow jog to the bottom recovery in about 1:00. Here are my times for the reps: 34, 40, 38, 39, 38, 36, 37, 36, 36, 37, 36, 35.

I started to tire towards the end but kept pushing it and managed to maintain a good form. Calves were pretty sore towards the last couple too. Good session though in general, definitely getting more fit for hills now.
