Weather: Windy 50s.
Comments:
Reallly windy again. Ran with yoyo until the 4 turnaround. Took it out too fast on the first mile then my breathing was acting up on mile 2. And on the last two miles i took it back more conservatively cause my left leg again wouldnt bend. It just felt so tighttttt. And my left knee feels iffy.... Uh oh. I did some rehab stuff to help.
