Comments:
Started up my routine of getting it done... Need to do 250 pushups a week at least, 2 minutes of hips each day, average 4 minutes of an routine every day, stretch well after practice, and eat well. I have goals set and at least two of them will be accomplished this season: 9:25 in the 2 mile, 9:32 in steeple, 4:18 in the mile, 1:56 in the 800, and under 58 in 400 hurdles. Its time to shine!
