The same circuit session that I did last week.
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kz3Sp8JXvRA). Just using 4kg dumbbells and doing the circuit twice. 5 minute warm up and down on the bike. Felt a bit easier than last week. Still quite tiring though.
