Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1, 2, 1 mile at threshold with 1 min break (5:16, 10:34, 5:18), then 2 min break, then 3x400 fast with 1 min rest (67, 67, 65). felt alright, all those 400s were out in lanes 2 and 3 so the effort was harder than the times. hopefully with two days rest i can feel fresh for the meet
