Comments:
First set was with 35 sec rest. Splits were 64.5, 62.5, 63.7, 64.0. 3 min rest then split 62.3, 62.5, 65.6, 63.1 w/ 1:10 rest. 4:40 rest then ran 60.1, 63.8, 300 in 44.0, 57.7 w/ 3:15 rest. really struggled on the 7th and 10th intervals. broe switched me from a 400 to 300 on the 11th to get a little more recovery. big confidence builder finishing in 57
