Early Morning: New-ish route

Weather: Clear, moderate temperature

Comments:
Felt much better this morning having done some gentle stretching yesterday afternoon. I woke without the stiffness that I sometimes do. That will become habit now.
Good run around the route - tried to increase the pace through the incline section from an old-man shuffle to a bit more of a real running stride. I was able to maintain that quite well. Today was the second last run with the CR C25K podcast, it will be interesting to run without it in future!
Planning another long-run on Sunday up to Highfield Ave again.
