Weather: Hot, 50s.

Comments:
It smelled so bad by the hilton warmup workout and cooldown alone but cooldown i did half of it with the jv guys. Felt awesome todayyy. My breathing was not too bad but wasnt awesome but m knee didnt feel weird today!! Did 6x400s. Ran behind sara and yoyo for a few of them but in front of them for the last one.

Extra: plank and back circuit, heel toe walk

Pace: 1:45.
Times: 1:42, 1:44, 1:41?, 1:40, 1:41, 1:34. The first three i had to slow down toward the end cause i saw my time and i was going too fast.
