half mile shakeout. 1 mile warmup. 1 mile race. 2.5 cooldown.
i really prepared myself mentally i was ready to go today. i wasn't really nervous. the raceitself i just kept pushing every lap. didn't have much of a kick really need to dig more the last 300m.
