Veale up E116th to Shaker to Coventry to North Woodland to North Park, back to Veale + Veale to Murray Hill intersection and back (with Cromer) + 5x200 "at" 10k pace (too fast at 37s)- Cromer and I had an interesting little conversation about the world, and I felt surprisingly good for most of it. I was a bit tight when I started. Coach Lanese had me to the 200s to prove to me an important point: 10k pace is NOT very fast.
