Weather: Winddddy, cold. 50s.

Comments:
Ran with julia lovelace and kaylinn for 12 minutes then the rest on my own. It was so windy, especialy on the way back oh man.. Breathing wasnt too bad but wasnt too great, legs felt good but during the day my right calf felt tight but i couldnt feel it while running. Felt fast cause i thought it was gunna rain. :p

Extra: myrtle, rehab, heel toe walk.

Splits: 9:34, 19:20 (2miles).
