Comments:
Didn't do a shakeout. Followed my nightly and daily routines. Ate what I usually do on race day.
During my race I felt tired after the first 2 laps but I decided whatever and to still push it. My plan was to stick in Dan but since Dan took off I just stayed on Kevin and then took over laps 45-7 before being passed by Kevin in the last 300.
