Weather: 50s. COld.

Comments:
Ran alone. Legs felt iffffy. They felt good but a bit heavy. Breathing was okay and form was okay. Cold today and my head was hurting a bit in the morning, but other than tht i fekt great. I only did 20 minutes today cause im above mileage.

Extra: rehab.
