Comments:
last night actually was a strange night. My body was being very strange, I also ended up eating three dinners (big thing of spaghetti, then chicken stuff, then two cheeseburgers). When i was falling asleep i could feel my heartbeat very loudly. I woke up and had french toast, then made a smoothy. Had a smoothy at about 9:00 and then at lunch (12) had a muffin, yogurt, orange, and power bar. Drank a decent amount of water today. Felt very nervous until i got to the meet, and then i didnt feel very nercous. Cartwright told me i just had to win, at whatever speed i wanted to, so i didnt go completely all out byut it still was very tiring. Hoping i can go under 9:30 this year, but i would be happy with anything uner 9:35. I hit 10:01 todat but i know i couldve gone faster, and i led the whole thing and also it was very windy. the 4x4 went off later, and i ran a 52.9 according to cartwright (it was really probably around 53.2 im guessing) but i was happy with it either way because i handed the baton off in first place. We came in second to norwich. they had matt murray, who ran a 48
