ehh why whyyyyyy did i think it was a good idea to wake up before i even do for school just for a workouttt
we decided that i would never have started the workout if not for emma, and she wouldn't have finished it without me. thats what teammates r for :)

ran these faster than yesterday, but still not all that fast. (when i mean faster than yest, i mean relative/inproportionto the distance...) so basically ran them pretty fast, just not the kinda sprintthats on ur toes
