So basically the workout was 8x2. I ran the first 4 with everyone else, but they had 4s after which I would continue to run 2s. Those were the ones that I ran 30 and 29 on, then once I was running them alone my times increased noticeably. Probably didn't help that I hadn't run the day before due to a college visit and I was super dehydrated by the end of the workout. Who would have thought that 62 degrees could feel so hot...
