Easy run

Felt pretty terrible. Was a busy day at work and didn't get to have my lunch till about 3 and was starving so ate quite a bit. Went for my run about one and a half hours later and it obviously hadn't digested.. Didn't feel too bad other than that, legs a bit sore from the race yesterday but not it was okay. Just going up and downhill I felt really sick - had to stop for about 5 minutes otherwise I was going to vomit..

Kept a decent pace though, if I hadn't stopped for that time it would have been about 5 minute kms which is alright seeing as it was just a steady but easy run and quite a bit uphill. Did 6 x 100m strides afterwards at a fast but relaxed pace.
