Comments:
First run back since the race. Legs felt a bit shaky, but good enough to get started. Starting out slow this week and we'll build from there. Decided that I need to focus on long runs no matter how many miles per week I'm running and I will force myself to do a tempo each week once I'm ready to start workouts.
