Weather: Windy, hot.

Comments:
Ran warmup with yoyo, workout and cooldown alone. Did 400s and 200s. Felt good for the 400s. But the 200s were tough. My breathing sucked for the last one and i started cramping up ally bad. Also, my shins and knees frlt really iffy on the cooldown.. 400s felt awesome.

200 times: 41, 42, 42, 43.

Extra: rehab, lc1, 100 ups.
