not so bad.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
my leg was still hurting some today, but the workout went surprisingly well. it was really windy, and colder than i would've liked, but ok.
3x1200 w/ 800 jog recovery
we were supposed to run the first 4 in 3k pace and the next 8 in 5k pace, but coach said to go effort based because of the wind. i was thinking 72 for the first, then 76s.
first one in 72,78,78-- 3:48
next in 72,76,73-- 3:41-- not sure how that 73 happened, maybe the wind died down.
pushed a bit on the last one and ran 72,72,74--3:38
th only time i felt my leg was with a little overextension. it's mostly subsiding, but i don't quite have full range of motion. the other thing that hurts is twisting my leg inward at the knee. still getting better.
cooled down a mile barefoot, listened to coach talk about competing this weekend. psyched to run steeple, because i know i can compete this year. jogged back to veale. static 1, roll, L7. high crunchx100, ice bath.
