Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 x 400 and 5 x 200. Its a little harder pacing correctly myself when its just me... It's defiantly motivating me to work on my races. I felt okay today, my shin hurt a bit still..
my pace for the 400's was 92. I was fast on both, 87 i believe. And my 200's i wasn't quite sure what time to hit so i ran in the low 40's for them.
