Weather: Hot as frick.
Comments:
Ran with yolanda today, really good run. Breathing was okay, legs felt bettter way better, but i had a minor cramp.Just did 3 today, was very quick. Also 6x80 strides with extrawork: rehab and race prep work also elevated.
Splits: 8:46, 9:32, 8:57.
